We recently restored this spacious home in Sunriver and are renting it out to people who will appreciate it. To reserve a week, or weekend, just call and tell us when you can come. We'll have the lights on and fire going in the fireplace.
We live in Sunriver, so we are available for questions or help. We are also a wealth of information when it comes to things to do over here.

 Let us tell you about it... This is a 2400 sq.ft. home located on a quiet cul-de-sac convenient to all of Sunriver's resources. The amenities and furnishings are planned for your vacation comfort and sure to please. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 eating areas, and 2 living room areas. It has four decks, and that's not all; the master bedroom has a king-sized bed while the other 4 bedrooms have queen size beds. There is a crib and 2 bunk beds for the children, and two sofa sleepers in the living room, a large screen TV with DVD player and VCR in the living room, 3 other TV's with VCR's, a 92 inch hot tub on one of the decks, and a BBQ. And, for your recreation, there are 10 bikes. Oregon law requires bicycle helmets for those under 16. Bring your own or rent them at one of 5 Sunriver bicycle shops. We also provide daily pool passes for 12 people. All you need to bring is a desire for something more in your life.

All days not listed below are priced at $275.00 per night with the 3rd night free.

Nov 23-Nov 27..$300.00/ night—5th night free
Dec 16-Dec 31..$300.00/ night
Feb 18-Feb 21..$300.00/ night—4th night free
March 18-March 27..$300.00/night—4th night free
May 27-May 30..$300.00/ night—4th night free
Add 8% room tax (DCCA#625), $120.00 cleaning fee, $250.00 refundable damage deposit, and $10.00 per night for your pet.
$250 must be paid by separate check with the balance
of the rent due 30 days before arrival.
Check-in is 4PM and Check-out is 11AM

We appreciate your cleaning up after yourself. Please take out the trash and wash the dishes. Thanks, we'll do the rest.
